Amanda Routhier – Design Assistant

Amanda is the design assistant to the Principle Courtney Cuschieri, ASID at Charisma Design in Los Gatos since late 2019. Amanda is her right hand and assists with every aspect when it comes to anything interior design or business. She is the one who makes it all happen behind the scenes. From design space planning, furniture and material selections to ordering and collaborating with vendors there is nothing Amanda can’t do. She is always eager to learn and has the “can do” attitude. This will take her far in this industry. 

Amanda started out in the hospitality industry and has an extensive background in management and hospitality. She started her design career as a project manager / 3D pool designer for a specialty pool design company. She knew she wanted to learn more and dive deeper into all the interior design industry had to offer… this is when she started looking for work as a design assistant. In Dec 2019 she finally landed her dream job and became Courtney’s design assistant and right hand lady. 

Originally from the Bay Area she now lives in Colorado and just bought her dream home while not missing a beat and still assisting Courtney from afar. She loves the outdoors, snowboarding, yoga, and spending time with her daughter.

Dan Cuschieri, AIA – Professional Associate

Dan Cuschieri has been working in the design industry for 20+ years and is a licensed Architect in CA. Dan was born and raised in the Bay Area and enjoys time with his family, the outdoors, and giving back to his community through various avenues such as leading the social media platform “Next Door” in his neighborhood and running local car shows with his team.
